Plans for 2013

Hi Everyone, and Thank-You so much for coming to my blog. I thought that since this is a NEW blog I should start by sharing some of my plans for 2013 and maybe a few resolutions. First off I should say it will be very difficult to top 2012 as it turns out it was sort of my year. I married my best friend and we welcomed our 2nd little boy into our family. It seems impossible to top that, but I’m gonna try.

This year I want to focus on pushing my creativity into NEW outlets, so I have set a goal to try and complete 20 new hobbies. A few on my list are to craft my own set of table legs, learn how to blow glass, and master a sewing machine. This year I have also set a goal to make as many Beauty/Skincare Vlogs as I possibly can. Which is where you come in. If you have any requests or ideas for videos you would like to see please feel free to comment on this thread.

Now as for resolutions, I have always been a little weird about resolutions. I never set them for January 1st, for some reason I feel like those plans were just set for traditions sake. So I like to take the first week or so of the year to really evaluate what I would like to change or add to my life. So for my personal resolutions I have decided that I want to take more photos WITH my children. I am always taking photos OF them, but I would like them to have photos with me when they are older, so they can remember what we looked like and all of the fun we had TOGETHER. Also I am pledging to make new traditions with my family this year. Every year I scramble last minute at holidays to come up with some “off the cuff” tradition, this year I want to put more thought and heart into it. Finally I am CUTTING THE SUGAR! I have a real sweet tooth and although it will be incredibly hard, I am going to find ways to say bye-bye to sugar and hello to a healthier alternative.
